Reunion Activities

The families of the late Eli and Matilda Toliver Mobley will celebrate their family reunion on September 1 – 3, 2023. The immediate members of the Mobley family were Eugenia, Helen (Ellen), Mamie, Johnny, Elisha, Beulah, Daniel, Marie, Percy, Alex, Angie, David, Paul, Jenora, Lenora and Mrs. Josephine Sims.

Branches of the Mobley • Toliver family tree included the following families: Devezin, Dequir, Dokes, Green, Mobley, Sims and Surtain, which collectively contain more than three hundred members.

While the family of Eli and Matilda Mobley originated in Louisiana, the celebrants participating in this reunion will come from California, Illinois, Ohio, Florida, Mississippi, Texas, Georgia, Colorado, Louisiana, and other parts of the world.
 

In honor and memory to our foreparents and loved ones who made it possible for the 2023 Mobley – Toliver family reunion.  We are blessed that after many years we are able to do this again to gather our family together again.
